Nicole D’Alonzo interviews Scot Safon, CMO of CNN.com (and more) at the Atlanta headquarters of the media giant. Jason Keath, Wayne Sutton and Ryan Boyles(me) filmed and snapped photos. Jason and Nicole set up this as an extra activity on day 1 of the Chevy SXSW road trip. Very cool.
Funny side story: As we were walking by their “social media” war room, we saw our avatars projected on a big screen as they were monitoring our tweets from our check-ins in moments earlier in the CNN lobby on foursquare and triout. Later, we all got together for a quick meet and greet and took some group photos. We enjoyed meeting all the nice folks at CNN. Thanks Scot for the interview!
